Shipping rates up to this date are free worldwide.
How long will my item take to arrive? If you are located in Europe it should take 3 to 4 working days.
If you are anywhere else in the world it could take up to 9 working days.
However, due to the current situation we are living, shippings (specially overseas) are expected to have delays.
Our current shipping service providers are Postnord and DHL.
How do I know if my item is damaged? Our items are handcrafted and therefore unique. There may be slight imperfections that make up the personality of each piece. However, in the unlikely event your item has a production defect, we are here and ready to help you.
Can I refund my payment? You can receive a refund of your payment up to 14 days after you received your new jewelry.
How can I return an item? You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, that something is wrong with your item and you wish to return it. After 24 hours, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards can not be returned and/or refunded.

Who is responsible for shipping a return item? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Who is responsible if a return item goes missing? We do not accept responsibility for the shipping and safe transit of your returned item. We therefore recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
I have returned the item, what happens next? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
The refund is not yet showing in my account? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
